Carroll County Energy Donates to the Carrollton Exempted Schools CARE Team

A donation was presented to the Carrollton Exempted Schools CARE Team on August 26.   This group of teachers and volunteers work with the school district, and serve students who have non-academic barriers that could prevent them from being successful in school.
