Carroll County Energy donates to the Carroll County Emergency Management Agency.

CCE's health and safety manager, Tim Smith, presented a donation to Tom Cottis, Director of the Carroll County Emergency Management Agency, on June 10. The much-appreciated donation will be used to purchase new radios for the agency’s first responders.
